Front desk staff was helpful and spoke multiple languages. Free Wi-Fi was a plus and the rooms were clean.
The bed was uncomfortable and there was no air conditioning which made the room unbearable at night.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and really enjoyed it. the staff was friendly and helpful, with good language skills. the rooms were clean and fresh, with very comfortable beds. the location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shops, and a nice walk to the center of town. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and good breakfast options.
The bathroom was pretty small, but it served its purpose. We did have to surrender our room key every time we left the hotel, which was a bit of a hassle.

In the restaurant and nearby eateries, the friendly staff will help you order food for your meals. the rooms were very clean, quiet, and comfortable. the bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was typically good, with many options to choose from. the hotel provides small refrigerators, a small in-room safe, and hairdryers.
The staff at the counter could be unresponsive at times.
